Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If LEWCA Pro doesn’t meet your needs, we offer a straightforward refund process.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All LEWCA Pro license purchases (annual and multi-site) are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with LEWCA Pro for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.
What’s Eligible for a Refund
- Pro annual licenses (single-site and multi-site): Full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Lifetime licenses: Full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Renewal charges: Full refund within 14 days of a renewal charge if you intended to cancel before renewal
What’s Not Eligible
- Requests after 30 days: Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase (or 14 days after a renewal) are not eligible
- Free plan: The free version has no associated charges and is not subject to refunds
- Abuse: We reserve the right to deny refund requests that indicate a pattern of abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles)
How to Request a Refund
- Email admin@merkra.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include your license key or the email address used to purchase
- Briefly let us know why LEWCA Pro didn’t work for you (optional, but helps us improve)
Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your Pro license will be deactivated
- Pro features (AI fixes, scheduled scanning, compliance reports) will stop working
- Your site continues running LEWCA Free with the full toolbar, scanning, and all free features intact
- No content, settings, or scan data is deleted — you can upgrade again at any time
Founding Partner Pricing
Founding Partners who received discounted pricing are eligible for the same 30-day refund policy. If refunded, the Founding Partner discount is forfeited and cannot be reclaimed on a future purchase.
